Our Customer Support Managers are responsible for:

• Maintaining ongoing personal contact with senior operational management, IT staff and frontline operational users. Establishing this support-based contact with customers begins at the earliest opportunity to ensure a smooth transition through the project cycles to long-term support.
• Identifying and disseminating best practices in the use of Niche RMS to customers and facilitating the exchange of ideas and practices between jurisdictions.
